Marketing Specialist within a financial services organisation for a 6 month maternity leave contract. Melbourne based offering hybrid working 1-2 days in office.

My client is responsible for development, growth and high-quality delivery of several core Trustee products and services, including wills, attorneyships, executor assist and trust administration. A key focus of the Group is expanding market reach and growth opportunities through innovation in product design, pricing and delivery methodologies as well as, market and client insights.

Description

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives including marketing communications and multi-channel campaigns to support the brand and growth strategy whilst focusing on the customer needs.

Conceive, write and deliver highly targeted, actionable content and communications approach to drive awareness, engagement and retentionCreate, deliver and manage end- to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns and programs across email, website, social search, direct, and eventsCollaborate with the marketing team and a broad range of internal stakeholders on delivering content to build a strong brand positioningSupport the design of the digital marketing plan to boost the performance of SEO, SEM, display, retargeting and audience profilingWork with Marketing team to maintain and enhance customer-facing digital channels (website, social media, webinars etc.) to improve the customer experienceProvide analysis and reporting for all marketing activity

Profile

Experience in copywriting and proven editorial skills in developing client communications, marketing collateral and other forms content for events and webinarsStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsSolid understanding of how SEM & digital display advertising strategies can enhance campaigns through the major platforms including Google & FacebookStrong conceptual and problem-solving skills with an ability to produce creative and innovative solutionsDemonstrated ability to develop SEO driven content to drive traffic to web properties

Desirable:

Experience in Financial Services, or Professional services industriesPrevious experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WordPress and Adobe Design SuiteUnderstanding of Google suite including Ads, Analytics, Data Studio and leading CMSs and CRMs e.g. Salesforce suite
